• Primary language requirement: French. Candidate must be bilingual (French and English).
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects, covering planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including ServiceNow developers, business analysts, and other technical stakeholders, to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Oversee change management processes, end-user training, and provide post-implementation support.
• Track and communicate project status, progress, and key metrics to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
