Senior IT Operations Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ITOM Consultant to join our team. As an ITOM Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions using ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ITOM solutions within ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, etc.)
• Configure and customize ServiceNow ITOM modules, including scripting (JavaScript), workflow design, and UI modifications
• Implement and maintain service maps and discovery schedules to ensure accurate and up-to-date configuration data.
• Configure event rules, alerts, and notifications within ServiceNow Event Management to automate incident creation and response

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred
• At least 3-5 years of experience working with ServiceNow ITOM functions and tools
• Certifications in ServiceNow ITOM space like discovery, service mapping, etc.
