Senior ServiceNow Consultant

Seeking a ServiceNow ITAM/ITSM SME to lead adoption, governance, and hands-on administration of ServiceNow across our enterprise IT organization. This role blends platform ownership and administration with process leadership, ensuring ServiceNow is optimized for IT operations, asset management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the ITAM and ITSM strategy on ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with IT goals.
• Provide day-to-day ServiceNow administration: user/role management, workflow configuration, catalog items, integrations, reporting, and performance optimization.
• Manage platform upgrades, patches, and release management.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and finance teams to optimize asset lifecycle management.
• Define and enforce governance standards for ServiceNow usage across IT.
• Collaborate with vendor partners on implementation planning and execution.
• Ensure data integrity within CMDB and asset repositories.
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports for IT leadership.
• Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for ServiceNow issues.
• Stay current with ServiceNow roadmap and new features, recommending adoption where beneficial.

Required Skills

· 7+ years of ITSM/ITAM experience, with 5+ years in ServiceNow administration and configuration.

· Strong ITIL background with experience in Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Discovery, HAM Pro, and SAM Pro.

· Hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration: access control, integrations, scripting (JavaScript/Glide), reporting, and automation.

· Proven ability to work across cross-functional IT teams and drive adoption.

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITAM) strongly preferred.
