ServiceNow System Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of ServiceNow Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business analysis, system administration, and IT service management. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design, optimization, and operation of the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure that ServiceNow solutions align with mission needs and ITIL best practices.
• Coordinate the planning and execution of release cycles.
• Perform quality assurance testing.
• Maintain accurate system documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Work closely with stakeholders to optimize ServiceNow applications.
• Contribute to platform governance activities.

The successful candidate will have a BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline, and at least five years of relevant experience working in a business analyst, system analyst, or ServiceNow support role. Required Qualifications:

• US Citizenship.
• Active DoD Security Clearance.
• IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher.
• ServiceNow Certification.
• ITIL v4 certified.
