Job Title: Platform Architect - ITSM & HR Service Management
We are building a high-performing team to support and expand the ServiceNow platform. The team will focus on establishing the ITSM and Employee Center & HR Service Management modules with a goal of improving internal employee experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Foster growth and potential as a senior mentor for team admins and developers.
- Drive initiatives across multiple departments.
- Work with diverse teams to align solutions with business needs.
- Stay current with technology trends and agile in approach.
- Measure and monitor system performance. About You:
- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration or development with deep architecture knowledge.
- Experience managing CSDM and establishing data governance standards.
- Prior experience in implementing and augmenting the ServiceNow platform in ITSM and HR Service Management/Employee Center areas.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Leadership experience, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities. Benefits:
