ServiceNow Platform Expert Lead

Job Title: Platform Architect - ITSM & HR Service Management

We are building a high-performing team to support and expand the ServiceNow platform. The team will focus on establishing the ITSM and Employee Center & HR Service Management modules with a goal of improving internal employee experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Foster growth and potential as a senior mentor for team admins and developers.
• Drive initiatives across multiple departments.
• Work with diverse teams to align solutions with business needs.
• Stay current with technology trends and agile in approach.
• Measure and monitor system performance. About You:
• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration or development with deep architecture knowledge.
• Experience managing CSDM and establishing data governance standards.
• Prior experience in implementing and augmenting the ServiceNow platform in ITSM and HR Service Management/Employee Center areas.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
