ServiceNow Developer Internship

This 10-week internship will have you working on configuring ServiceNow applications and modules, including setting up workflows, business rules, user interfaces, and automation. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting functional requirements and translating them into effective ServiceNow configurations.
• Configure ServiceNow applications and modules to ensure smooth operation.
• Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations to validate functionality, data integrity, and user experience.
• Document configuration and customization for future reference.
• Support change management efforts by assisting users during transition, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with support teams to resolve incidents and problems timely.
