Job Title: Journeyman ServiceNow Administrator/Developer
A highly skilled and experienced professional is required to oversee the implementation of IT service management (ITSM) strategies, planning, and service delivery. This individual will be responsible for guiding the organization's approach to IT service management, emphasizing efficiency and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ServiceNow system, as well as experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML, and REST services. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a customer-centric attitude.
This position requires a high level of independence, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with remote teams and clients. The successful candidate will design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards, administer ServiceNow applications, and provide additional support based on their subject matter expertise. Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of overall IT experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles
- Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML
- Experience in REST, SOAP services, etc
- An understanding of ITIL and/or ITIL Certified
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude Preferred Skills and Experience:
- ServiceNow Administrator Certification
- ITIL Foundation Certified
- ServiceNow Developer Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
