Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

• Design, develop, and configure the SecOps applications, modules, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and automation scripts on the ServiceNow platform.
• Build integrations between ServiceNow SecOps and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other relevant technologies.
• Provide day-to-day support, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and maintain the stability and performance of the SecOps modules.
• Work closely with stakeholders, business users, and other IT professionals to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Document technical designs, configurations, processes, and solutions to ensure clarity and maintainability.
• Assist with platform upgrades, patches, and new releases while adhering to ServiceNow best practices and ITIL processes.

About the Role:

• A bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• 10+ years of experience, preferably 5+ years of development and 5+ years of DevOps.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, and experience with development tools like ServiceNow Developer Studio.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes) and modules such as ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem), ITOM, and HRSD.
• Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with SecOps frameworks and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
