IT Developer Lead

The IT Developer Lead is responsible for enhancing, developing, and optimizing TRIRIGA workflows, forms, business objects, queries, and other components for the facilities management system. The role requires strong technical skills in configuration/development and CAFM/IWMS development, with a focus on IBM TRIRIGA Certified systems.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving TRIRIGA configurations, workflows, or other components, as well as addressing enhancement requests using TRIRIGA systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with Facility Management, Lease Contract Administration, or Real Estate Administration modules, and be proficient in tools such as BIRT, Data Modeler, Workflow Builder, Query Manager, Security Manager, Form Builder, and related tools.

The IT Developer Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
