Job Description

This role will be responsible for configuring and administering the ServiceNow platform, developing technical solutions that satisfy business needs.

Key responsibilities include creating workflows, flow designers, business rules, and client scripts. You will also be building service requests from customer requirements using workflows to manage data flows.

Additionally, you will use scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to create scripts that automate tasks. Requirements definitions and technical specifications documentation must be created, along with integrations and process automation using ServiceNow and other key systems.

Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems as needed. Analyze user requirements and current procedures to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows, and address scheduling limitations.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. One year of experience as a ServiceNow Developer is also necessary. ServiceNow Admin and Developer certification is preferred.

Knowledge of Active Directory/LDAP, disciplined software release build/deploy processes, integrating with internal and external applications, cross-browser compatibility, and JavaScript/HTML/CSS skills are essential.
