ServiceNow Implementation Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned IT Service Management expert to drive the successful implementation of our ServiceNow instance. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of IT Asset Management principles, best practices, and hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, and integration.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a strong desire for high customer satisfaction and analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design, development, and maintenance of our ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM instance
• Core setup, service catalog, workflow administration, reporting, service mapping, discovery, common service data model (CSDM), custom discovery patterns, agent client collector, REST/SOAP, APIs, data imports, and third-party software integration
• Administer ServiceNow and serve as level 2 support
• Develop custom ServiceNow solutions, troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, recommend, and implement corrective action

Requirements:

• Expertise in ServiceNow ITAM modules (HAM, SAM), ITOM, and Discovery; required ITIL foundations certification; CIS ServiceNow certification is a plus; CSA and CAD ServiceNow certification is required
• Minimum 5 years' experience in ServiceNow configuration & administration with a strong understanding of ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, SFTP, and MID servers
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field strongly preferred
