Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Architect

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team.

This role will involve designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for our clients, with a focus on HRSD, CMDB configuration, and data management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow performance tuning and optimization practices, as well as experience working in Agile development environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for clients
• Configure and manage CMDB and HRSD
• Optimize ServiceNow performance
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• Must have experience with HRSD, CMDB configuration, and data management
• Knowledge of ServiceNow performance tuning and optimization practices
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills
