IATM Senior ServiceNow Specialist Job Summary

As a technical lead, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering SaaS License Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with onsite leads and customer teams to implement integrations, automate license reclamation, and ensure ongoing accuracy of subscription data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement automated workflows for unused license reclamation
• Build dashboards and reports for license optimization, compliance, and cost savings
• Validate subscription data and reconcile entitlements with usage
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior offshore analysts

Technical Requirements:

• Strong technical skills in ServiceNow development and implementation
• Experience with integration technologies such as REST APIs and SOAP
• Knowledge of software asset management and license management best practices

Certifications and Training:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist Software Asset Management (CIS SAM)
