Role : Senior ServiceNow Leader

Location: Newark, NJ - onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
• Develop and implement custom workflows, scripts, and applications to extend platform functionality.
• Design and maintain API-based integrations with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to automate and optimize workflows and service delivery.
• Enforce security controls and monitor platform performance to ensure compliance.
• Plan and execute platform upgrades and patches with minimal disruption.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user training materials.
• Support ServiceNow strategy and governance aligned to enterprise goals.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration and development experience
• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and implementation practices
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio
• Experience building and maintaining REST/SOAP integrations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Local to NJ or able to reliably commute to Newark HQ

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD
• Experience with ITOM Discovery, Event Management, and/or Performance Analytics
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
