ServiceNow FSM Developer

As a Platform Developer, you design, configure, script and be responsible for the technical solution on the ServiceNow FSM. You will work closely with the Platform Architect to refine ServiceNow platform requirements and complete the development of the agreed upon solution.

Certifications:

• Certified Implementation Specialist – FSM
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications

Good-to-Have:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in implementing ServiceNow FSM projects
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is strongly preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Solid understanding of creating Business Rules, ACLs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Catalog Forms, etc.
• Automate activities on the ServiceNow platform using Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine
• Use JavaScript to develop solutions for requirements that cannot be satisfied through configuration
• Understanding of key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SOAP
• Experience with scripting in ServiceNow, with both standard scripting tools and ServiceNow accelerators
• Experience with working or developing with JavaScript-HTML5, Jelly, jQuery and AngularJS a plus

Responsibilities include solid understanding of creating business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI macros, UI scripts, catalog forms, automating activities on the ServiceNow platform, and developing solutions using JavaScript.
