ServiceNow-Nuvolo Implementation Specialist

Our company is supporting Federal Government projects by implementing a cloud-based Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS). The system will meet current and future needs of the Agency by providing critical administrative digitized workflow activities for Facilities Asset Management and other business processes. Key Responsibilities

• Manage project master schedule in MS Project
• Manage periodic government reviews, project deliverables, work product, and deliverable development
• Test management and deployment

Must be detailed-oriented and strong communication with Customer and actively promote collaboration and communication across the development team.

The Cloud-based Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) consists of a cloud-based ServiceNow Platform PaaS and a 3rd party plugin IWMS software as a Service (SaaS), Nuvolo, that supports the following core system needs:

• Data Integration and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)
• ServiceNow platform installation and post-install configuration
• Nuvolo IWMS/Facilities Management
