Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days remote Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform to ensure smooth operation, performance, and integrity.
  • Platform Administration: Maintain the health, performance, and integrity of the ServiceNow platform; manage user accounts, roles, and access controls.
  • Incident, Problem, and Change Management: Support ITIL processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Release Management.
  • CMDB Management: Maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ensure data accuracy using Discovery tools.
  • Customization and Configuration: Create and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and custom applications.
  • Integration Support: Assist with integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs and web services; support ATF framework. Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with a solid understanding of CMDB.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Performance Analytics.
  • Familiar with ITSM / HRSD / SAM / HAM / ITOM / ITAM / SPM modules, with exposure to multiple modules.
  • ServiceNow Platform Expertise: Understanding of core modules like Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog. Scripting: Proficiency in JavaScript; knowledge of HTML, CSS, and AngularJS is a plus.
  • Database concepts: Familiarity with relational databases and data structures.
  • ITIL Framework: Understanding of ITIL processes; ITIL certification is often a plus.
  • Security and Access Control: Knowledge of roles, ACLs, and user permissions in ServiceNow.
  • Integration Skills: Experience with REST / SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
