Clearance: VA Public Trust (Tier2 or Tier4)

The ServiceNow Architect must have a deep understanding of the core architecture of the platform including Service Portal, ITSM, ITOM, CSM and other ServiceNow applications. Possess the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and flexible technical solutions. Knowledge of industry and ServiceNow leading practices including coding standards, configuration management and governance, shall be included. Experience in creating diagrams and documentation with all components that comprise systems including network topology and integrations. Using both Out of the Box and Scoped ServiceNow applications, the architect will work with the technical solutions providing enterprise architecture and recommendations to solution teams and clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide recommendations on ServiceNow architectural best practices and industry trends.
2. Analyzing and estimating the time to design, develop and implement solutions.
3. Develop high level design and specifications for product implementations.
4. Configure and when needed, customize configurations including scripting.
5. Analyze integrations and perform systems testing.
6. Maintain current and future architecture diagrams.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
2. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification
3. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification
4. ITIL v3 Foundations or ITIL 4 Certification
