ServiceNow Solutions Designer

Job Description

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex solutions to meet the needs of our clients. This role requires expertise in 5 or more ServiceNow product suites, including ITOM Health and Visibility, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Integration with Monitoring tools, Health Log Analytics, CSM, FSM, SOM, SLO, and TNI.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services that exceed customer expectations. A strong background in scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and experience with Domain Separation and ITSM applications are highly desirable.
