Are you an expert in Integrated Risk Management and Operational Resilience? Our client is in search of a dynamic Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead transformative projects in ServiceNow. In this role, you'll design and implement large-scale solutions that aid organizations in effectively identifying, assessing, and managing risks while ensuring seamless business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Create comprehensive end-to-end ServiceNow IRM solutions across various modules including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Third-Party Risk, Business Continuity Management, and Operational Resilience.
• Client Engagement: Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders, provide insights on best practices, and present tailored solution recommendations.
• Delivery Oversight: Offer technical leadership to project teams, ensure alignment with ServiceNow standards, and manage integrations with third-party systems.
• Practice Development: Mentor junior team members, enhance methodologies, and keep abreast of ServiceNow developments and industry trends.
• Collaboration: Partner with sales teams on pre-sales efforts and collaborate with other ServiceNow practices to deliver cohesive solutions.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow, including strong development and architectural expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow IRM modules (Risk, Policy & Compliance, Third-Party Risk, Business Continuity Management, Audit).
• Robust background in operational resilience, risk frameworks, and business continuity strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in designing complex integrations (APIs, integration hubs, cloud platforms).
• Advanced scripting and configuration skills in ServiceNow.
• Experience leading large-scale implementations, preferably in regulated industries.

Certifications (Required)

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk & Compliance (CIS)
