ServiceNow FSM Developer

Technical Skills: Design, configure and develop ServiceNow FSM to ensure a successful deployment. Work with Platform Architect to refine requirements and complete development. Certifications:

• Certified Implementation Specialist – FSM
• ServiceNow CSA, CAD certifications Requirements:
• 2-3 years of ServiceNow FSM implementation experience
• Complex project implementation
• Agile development environment experience preferred
• 10+ years of experience required

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Business Rules, ACLs, Client Scripts and other configurations
• Automate activities using Flow Designer and Workflow Engine
• Develop solutions with JavaScript for unconfigurable requirements
• Understand key ServiceNow integration technologies
• Scripting experience in ServiceNow, standard tools and accelerators
• JavaScript, HTML5, Jelly, jQuery and AngularJS experience a plus
