The role you will contribute:

The Technical Product Manager (TPM) is responsible for the product planning and execution of the product lifecycle design, build, implementation and support. The TPM will work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy. The TPM will be responsible for the performance of their product and the KPI's related to their product. The TPM will also work closely with dev teams in an agile environment and will be responsible for managing backlogs and roadmaps, writing stories and other typical agile processes.

• Collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to ensure cohesive product development and implementation.
• Builds and manages roadmaps and backlogs, defining and prioritizing requirements.
• Ensures requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans align with expectations.
• Defines success criteria for testing and product acceptance to ensure quality and functionality.
• Leads and facilitates training sessions for internal teams and customers on product usage.
• Answers incoming questions about the product and its capabilities, providing expert guidance.
• Serves as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to stakeholders, promoting product benefits and features.
• Facilitates the creation and maintenance of comprehensive product documentation.
• Monitors product performance and gathers feedback for continuous improvement.
• Manages the lifecycle of the product from design to support, ensuring alignment with company vision and strategy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

• Associate degree Required
• 3 Work Experience Required
• Understanding of Product Management principles
• Understanding of business KPI's and the ability to drive them
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding project and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box
• Technical skills such as SQL, Postman etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree Preferred
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Preferred
