As a ServiceNow Developer with us, you will have the opportunity to contribute your technical expertise and understanding of ITIL processes to align our platform capabilities with business strategy and roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align ServiceNow platform capabilities with business strategy and roadmap
- Develop, test, and implement new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform
- Assist with ServiceNow upgrades and skipped changes, create/run tests
- Stay current on ServiceNow products and integrated technologies
Required Expertise and Experience:
- 3+ years as a ServiceNow Developer with experience developing in ITSM, ITOM, and Service Portals
- 2+ years as an Agile team member
- 1+ year as an ITOM Administrator
- Broad general knowledge of IT infrastructure topology, including typical application, server, and networking configurations
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (not required):
- CSM: Case Management, Agent Workspace, Communities
- Performance Analytics, Dashboards
