Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced technical leader to join our team as a ServiceNow Technical Architect.

• This role will oversee projects from an architecture design perspective through implementation, providing leadership and advocacy.
• The successful candidate will have expertise in solutioning, designing, and implementing ServiceNow Cloud Platform solutions integrating with other Cloud Applications and Data Sources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend senior management-level meetings to obtain business requirements, offer solutions, and serve as an expert on ServiceNow tool capabilities.
• Lead technical team discussions around ServiceNow solution design, and architecture on larger development efforts.
• Provide and ensure adherence to development guidelines as it relates to security, performance, re-usability, scalability and stability, code reviews, API usage.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of overall IT experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect and/or ServiceNow Developer.
• Hold ServiceNow certifications including Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification. Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
