Technical Application Development Specialist

As a member of the application development team, you will collaborate with infrastructure and services teams to optimize IT services and drive tooling and process improvements.

You will work across all internal teams to develop a world-class customer experience and set new customer service standards in IT Delivery.

The ideal candidate is innovative, has great problem-solving skills, and is comfortable working on core application administration, creating workflows, data management, scripting, and process automation.

• Perform technical administration and maintenance of ServiceNow IT Business Management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build enhancements and integrations that scale.
• Create ServiceNow workflows and business rules for service improvements.
• Interface with ServiceNow for operational requests/issues/planning.
• Lead ServiceNow release upgrades, including technical and stakeholder management activities.
