Senior IT Solutions Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional with 8+ years of experience in IT, specifically as a ServiceNow Developer. This role requires deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, design, and development.

This key position will play a crucial part in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across ITSM based on business needs.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with platform governance awareness, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving platform maturity and automation.

About You

Responsibilities:

• Create and configure solutions using ServiceNow best practices across ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Workflows, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and custom applications.
• Drive enhancements and improvements to the ServiceNow platform aligned with business goals and IT strategy.
• Develop and support integrations with third-party systems using APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and other technologies.
• Evaluate solutions for compliance with platform governance, maintain security and performance standards, and follow version control and release management protocols.
• Resolve complex incidents and support change management through the SDLC process.
• Show demonstrable expertise in ServiceNow's AI capabilities, specifically Now Assist, AI Agents, and Virtual Agent/NLU.
• Collaborate closely with BAs, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Maintain technical documentation including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and support artifacts.
• Support and lead platform upgrades, patches, and health checks to ensure long-term system stability and supportability.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders during demos, workshops, and requirement walkthroughs.
• Approach challenges holistically and apply structured troubleshooting during high-pressure incidents.
• Manage multiple projects and deliverables in parallel, staying organized in fast-paced environments.
