Job Title: Solution Architect for ServiceNow

A Senior-level Solution Architect is required to lead the design and development of innovative solutions across the ServiceNow platform.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and managing ServiceNow product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategies.
  • They will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define priorities, and deliver scalable solutions that meet business needs.
  • A strong technical leader, they will provide guidance and mentoring, perform peer code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • They will lead Agile product development efforts, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management.
  • In addition, they will be responsible for ensuring platform governance, security, compliance, and performance optimization.
  • The successful candidate will stay up-to-date on ServiceNow capabilities, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • They will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the effectiveness of ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), technical architecture, or related roles.
  • 3+ years of experience leading ServiceNow implementations, configurations, and enhancements.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, SecOps, and AI capabilities.
  • Proven experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience configuring and customizing all aspects of ServiceNow in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of workflow and business process creations, modification, and improvement within ServiceNow.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships related to ServiceNow solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is a plus.
