We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team in Chandler, AZ. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical professional who can design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow development and technical architecture with expertise across multiple modules, ensuring high-quality delivery for enterprise-level clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs.
• Provide hands-on development support for new implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and platform governance.
• Work across multiple modules with a focus on ITSM, CSM, and SPM.
• Guide junior developers and provide architectural recommendations.

Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder required
• Must reside in Arizona or California
• Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and technical architecture
• Minimum ServiceNow CAD or CTA certification required
• Experience with ITSM, CSM, and SPM modules strongly preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
