Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client needs to recommend effective ServiceNow solutions that address business processes, pain points, and desired outcomes.
- Design comprehensive technical blueprints for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructures.
- Create and showcase proof of concepts (POCs) to demonstrate the potential value of the solutions.
- Prepare detailed proposals including cost estimates and implementation timelines.
- Lead and guide technical teams, including developers and administrators, throughout the implementation process.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and workflows based on specific business requirements.
- Facilitate seamless integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
- Conduct rigorous testing to validate that solutions perform as intended and meet performance benchmarks.
- Train end-users and support teams on the new ServiceNow system during knowledge transfer sessions.
- Monitor performance continuously and recommend enhancements for efficiency and scalability.
- Manage change effectively to ensure smooth adoption of the new system and alleviate user concerns.
- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends.
- Participate in sales pitches and presentations to illustrate EPAM's expertise.
- Collaborate with product vendors and partners to enhance service delivery.
- Develop and document internal best practices for ServiceNow implementations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Over 11 years of experience with ServiceNow, including 10 years in IT Management or Leadership roles.
- A passionate servant leader committed to employee advocacy with a strong ServiceNow background in ITSM/ITOM.
- A strategic thinker with a clear vision of the ServiceNow platform and its alignment with organizational goals.
- Robust cross-functional skills that foster value exchange between delivery teams and enterprise stakeholders.
- Extensive technical knowledge in data center operations, service design, service delivery, continuous improvement, and application development.
- Significant consultative, architectural, and development experience, with at least eight years in consulting roles.

The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $260,000 USD, based on various factors including experience and location. Candidates will have opportunities for variable compensation incentives.
