Role Overview

A seasoned ServiceNow architect is required to lead the design, transition, and optimization of ServiceNow instances with a focus on Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro). Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement HAM Pro workflows and lifecycle processes.
• Define and enforce CMDB data models and asset governance policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Oversee data migration, instance cloning, and configuration integrity during transitions. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect in enterprise environments.
• Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro and ITAM modules.
• Strong understanding of instance transition methodologies and cloning.
• Expertise in CMDB design, asset reconciliation, and lifecycle workflows.
