Senior Implementation Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Consultant to join our team. As a technical expert, you will support ITOM by configuring the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Service Mapping, and Discovery capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead customer design workshops focused on the ServiceNow Platform and ITOM Solution technology.
• Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow ITOM Solution's standard capabilities to enhance their ITOM processes.
• Develop required integration and portal components, ensuring quality deliverables.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members and oversee technical aspects of project delivery.

Requirements:

• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, along with relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations.
• Minimum of 3 years of configuration/development experience with complex technologies, including integrations and portals.
• Experience with web technologies such as XML, HTML, JavaScript, and SaaS technologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• Proven team player with strong team-building abilities.
• Knowledge of middleware, LDAP, and SSO technologies.
