ServiceNow Architect Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow professional to contribute to the growth and profitability of our organization. As a senior technical leader, you will provide guidance and oversight for our ServiceNow practice area, ensuring high-quality delivery of projects and adherence to best practices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow configuration and development, with practical experience in various versions of the platform. You will be responsible for building resource plans, interviewing and hiring qualified administrators and developers, and working with team leads on resource planning.
In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent leadership qualities, interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and other management personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide senior technical leadership for our ServiceNow practice area
- Ensure high-quality delivery of projects and adherence to best practices
- Build resource plans and interview/hire qualified administrators and developers
- Work with team leads on resource planning and project execution
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow configuration and development experience
- Practical knowledge of web-based development languages, specifically JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs
- Experience with proposal and/or statement of work development
- Proven ITSM product/solution development management experience
- Work experience in professional services and consulting
