ServiceNow Technical Lead Position Summary
MetaPhase is seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow technical professional with a strong background in leading teams and driving large-scale ServiceNow projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices and be able to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading technical aspects of ServiceNow implementation projects, including designing and implementing service-oriented architectures and configuring ServiceNow features.
- Developing and maintaining a technical roadmap for the ServiceNow platform that aligns with customer transformation objectives and balances technical and business needs.
- Providing advanced technical support in ServiceNow tool configuration and custom development, including core setup, workflow administration, reporting, data imports, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations.
- Mentoring team members and guiding them in growing their ServiceNow skills.
