ServiceNow Architect

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping intricate ServiceNow solutions spanning multiple platforms and modules. Leveraging your deep understanding of ServiceNow's features and best practices, you will design robust solutions that enhance operational efficiency, drive business value, and ensure client alignment. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and deployment of comprehensive ServiceNow solutions, including HRSD, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, and other ServiceNow apps.
• Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to establish the architectural vision and execution plan for ServiceNow.
• Ensure the configuration and customisation of ServiceNow modules adhere to best practices and are scalable.
• Create connectors that guarantee seamless data transfer and system interoperability between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, and custom APIs).
• Provide technical leadership and direction to development teams to ensure the implementation of best practices and reliable, high-caliber coding standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve ServiceNow environments' usability and performance. Requirements:
• USC or Green Card Holder is required.
• Technical architecture and practical development experience are essential.
• A minimum of CTA or ServiceNow CAD certification is needed.
• PREFERRED MODULES: ITSM, CSM, and SPM.
