Senior Implementation Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Service Mapping, and Discovery capabilities in ITOM.
• Lead customer design workshops focused on the ServiceNow Platform and ITOM Solution technology.
• Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow ITOM Solution's standard capabilities to enhance their ITOM processes.

Requirements:

• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations.
• Minimum 3 years of configuration/development experience with complex technologies, including integrations and portals.
• Experience with web technologies such as XML, HTML, JavaScript, and SaaS technologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
