Chief ServiceNow Solution Designer

We're seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to play a key role in transforming our clients' businesses using ServiceNow.

As a technical leader, you'll establish yourself as a Subject Matter Expert and liaison among clients, business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders. You'll oversee projects from architecture design to implementation, providing leadership, advocacy, and hands-on support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend senior management-level meetings to obtain business requirements and offer solutions.
• Lead technical discussions on ServiceNow solution design and architecture.
• Provide adherence to development guidelines and collaborate with teams to develop a technical roadmap for ServiceNow.
• Lead technical aspects of ServiceNow implementation projects and provide advanced technical support.
