Expert ServiceNow Solution Designer

ServiceNow Architect

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities and how to leverage them to drive business value.

• Design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions for Source-to-Pay workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop interaction layers for portals, case management, and integrations with financial systems and S2P applications.
• Conduct workshops to re-engineer finance and supply chain processes, identifying automation opportunities and pain points.
• Provide governance and mentoring to delivery teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and platform standards.
• Support integration with third-party systems such as ERP, ICertis, EDW, and risk management platforms.

Key qualifications include:

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation, with a focus on finance and supply chain domains.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow SPO, SLO, APO modules and their configuration.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP, procurement, and financial systems.
• Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes and supplier lifecycle management. Life at Capgemini
