This contractor position is focused on supporting ServiceNow and its various projects, specifically within the Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) applications. The ideal applicant will possess senior-level ServiceNow developer skills, complemented by customer interface abilities to effectively gather requirements and design intricate solutions that meet business needs. Certification in ServiceNow is highly desired.

Skills

  • 7+ years experience in ServiceNow development and/or administration
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Workflow Editor, including Scheduled Script Executions and notifications
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM)
  • Familiarity with building and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and customization of ServiceNow applications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
  • Design complex solutions to meet business needs within ServiceNow
  • Maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems
  • Ensure best practices in development and administration of ServiceNow

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in ServiceNow development or administration
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer interaction capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Certification in ServiceNow is highly desired

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years in ServiceNow development and/or administration
