We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow expert to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role requires hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization, with additional knowledge of SDLC and Agile frameworks.

Candidates should have strong JavaScript and platform integration experience and hold relevant ServiceNow certifications based on the level of expertise. Job Expectations:

• Work onsite 3 days a week in the Charlotte office (hybrid work model).
• Participate in in-person interview for final selection (mandatory for shortlisted candidates).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, implement, and support ServiceNow solutions.
• Contribute to full software development lifecycle including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
