As a senior technical consultant with servicenow, you will be the technical expert in supporting itom by configuring the configuration management database (cmdb), service mapping, and discovery capabilities. You will lead customer design workshops focused on the servicenow platform and itom solution technology. Additionally, you will advise customers on leveraging servicenow itom solution's standard capabilities to enhance their itom processes. what is required

  • current servicenow certified system administrator (csa) certification, along with relevant solution-specific certified implementation specialist designations
  • minimum of 3 years of configuration/development experience with complex technologies, including integrations and portals
  • demonstrated ability to influence and consult in itom, providing thought leadership to stakeholders
  • experience with web technologies such as xml, html, javascript, and saas technologies
  • strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude how to stand out
  • experience with leading itom practices and related systems, such as cmdb and event management
  • proven team player with strong team-building abilities
  • knowledge of middleware, ldap, and sso technologies
