Technical Architect
As a Technical Architect, you will work with clients to understand their long-term enterprise goals and design a roadmap to achieve those goals using the ServiceNow platform. You will participate in and/or lead design workshops, development, testing, and deployment activities with top enterprise and public sector customers.
- Design business and technical architecture for how ServiceNow can help meet client goals.
- Lead and ensure quality delivery of ServiceNow technical solutions to ensure they meet customer requirements using the most efficient methods that leverage ServiceNow best practices and standards.
- Mentor teammates on ServiceNow platform best practices about modeling, platform architecture, customizations, etc.
- Respond to Request for Information/Proposals (RFIs/RFPs).
Key skills include:
- Subject matter expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and hands-on configuration with CSM or ITx (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM).
- Experience delivering complex ServiceNow CSM or ITx (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM) implementations with multiple stakeholders recommending and implementing solutions for exceptional outcomes.
- Demonstrated understanding of relevant enterprise processes.
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer (CAD); additional CIS certifications strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated work experience in business and systems analysis, process and data modeling skills.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies. Benefits
