ServiceNow Manager Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large enterprise systems and possess excellent technical leadership skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Formulate specifications and modifications for the ServiceNow platform in line with business needs and organizational objectives.
- Provide coding standards and review content provided by extended development teams.
- Lead on-shore and off-shore teams to complete agile-based deliverables.
- Evaluate ServiceNow platform performance and make recommendations for problem resolution.
- Transform business needs into tangible items within the ServiceNow platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent experience managing large enterprise systems.
- Bachelor's degree or eight years equivalent work experience.
- ServiceNow System Administration Certification and ITIL Certification preferred.
- Ability to customize workflows, Business Rules, and UI Scripts using JavaScript.
