Cloud Architecture Expert Sought for ServiceNow Platform Solutioning

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional with at least six years of overall experience and current CTA certification to lead the design, development, and implementation of cloud platform solutions using ServiceNow.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in ServiceNow and have experience solutioning, designing, and implementing cloud-based platform solutions. They will establish themselves as a Subject Matter Expert and liaison among clients, business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams and clients to develop and maintain the technical roadmap for the ServiceNow platform that aligns with customer transformation objectives.
• Lead technical aspects of ServiceNow implementation projects and provide advanced technical support in ServiceNow tool configuration and custom development.
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow customization including core setup, workflow administration, reporting, data imports, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of overall IT experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect and/or ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience solutioning, designing, and implementing ServiceNow Cloud Platform solutions integrating with other Cloud Applications and Data Sources.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hold ServiceNow certifications including Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• Experience supporting federal clients is required.
