Senior ServiceNow Architect Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of large-scale solutions that meet complex client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement large-scale ServiceNow solutions for clients.
• Develop expertise in core ServiceNow platform components, including Service Catalog, Workflow, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, CMDB, Discovery, Performance Analytics, Custom Apps, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and lead high-level design, integration patterns, and performance/scalability best practices.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, security, and data governance.
• Hands-on development experience with ServiceNow Javascript and ServiceNow Studio/App Engine.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Preferred certifications: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
