ServiceNow CMDB Optimization Specialist

Job Title: ServiceNow CMDB Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our ServiceNow CMDB optimization efforts. As a seasoned consultant, you will be responsible for enhancing data accuracy and visibility within our IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the development of a comprehensive ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB structure strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Establishing and enforcing robust CMDB governance frameworks, reconciliation processes, and data quality standards across the organization.
• Mentoring internal resources to uplift CMDB and Discovery practices and capabilities through training and coaching.

Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, particularly Configuration Management, is essential for success in this role. Experience with CI data modeling, reconciliation, and integrations across ITSM/ITOM modules is also critical. ServiceNow certifications are strongly preferred.
