We are seeking a Manager, ServiceNow to join our Consulting practice. Responsibilities include formulating specifications and modifications for the ServiceNow platform, providing technical leadership, and evaluating platform performance.
- Formulate and define specifications and modifications for the ServiceNow platform
- Provide coding standards and review content provided by extended development teams
- Lead on-shore and off-shore teams to complete agile-based deliverables
- Evaluate ServiceNow platform performance and make recommendations for problem resolution
Qualifications include five years of recent experience managing large enterprise systems, with at least three years of experience directly managing the ServiceNow platform. Experience leading various size teams and ability to customize workflows using JavaScript are also required.
