ServiceNow ITOM

Job Summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Specialist to design, configure and implement IT Operations Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and CMDB.

• Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management, Orchestration).
• Gather requirements and translate them into scalable ITOM solutions.
• Ensure CMDB data accuracy, health and governance.
• Automate IT operations workflows and integrate ServiceNow with external monitoring/enterprise systems.
• Provide support, enhancements and troubleshooting for ITOM modules.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align ITOM solutions with organizational goals.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITOM experience with at least 2 full implementations.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB and automation/orchestration workflows.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
