Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in business systems analysis, IT, or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise IT strategy, ITIL, and best practices
  • Understanding of various Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proven experience engaging stakeholders to capture and prioritize business needs
  • Experience designing ServiceNow catalog items, automation, and workflows
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules and implementations
  • Ability to effectively communicate between technical and business teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with senior management
  • Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills
  • Experience managing projects using Jira is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Translate user requests into clear, well-defined epics and user stories
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow users to analyze workflows and development needs
  • Develop a deep understanding of business user requirements and apply ServiceNow best practices
  • Create and maintain visual process flows for requirements gathering
  • Manage enhancement ticket queues and provide routine support
  • Develop and maintain UAT plans and training materials
  • Document and report on project progress and priorities
  • Act as a bridge between customers, product owners, project managers, and technical teams
  • Gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow configuration
  • Assist in refining and maintaining sprints and project plans
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously and mitigate risks
  • Proactively research and suggest enhancements to processes
  • Partner with ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM process owners
  • Follow best practices for documentation and procedures
  • Simplify and standardize tools and processes for efficiency
  • Provide outstanding customer service to end-users and internal teams
  • Act as a ServiceNow advocate, promoting platform benefits

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in business systems analysis, IT, or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise IT strategy and ITIL best practices
  • Understanding of SDLC methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
