As a seasoned professional, you will be part of an innovative team that works together to define and deploy world-class customer solutions using the ServiceNow platform. The Role
You will be a lead voice in client business analysis, consultation, service design, and delivery, addressing ServiceNow as an enabler for organizational change and improvement. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading workshops to demonstrate platform and application function, define client current and desired state, and present the proposed solution.
- Briefing clients on ServiceNow functionality and presenting it to a high standard of quality, including customer demonstrations, story definition, testing, and supporting the wider sales and delivery functions.
- Mentoring and training more junior team members.
- Producing high-quality documentation and training material for the implemented solutions; training the client. Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need several years of experience in ServiceNow design and development in a consulting environment. You should have a strong understanding of Business Analysis and Service Management concepts, delivery assurance principles and procedures. Additionally, you should have a high level of knowledge of the ServiceNow application and ideally experience of platform delivery and enhancement.
You will also require the following certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Administrator
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist across a minimum of four applications
- ITIL Foundation Benefits
