ServiceNow Technical Lead

ServiceNow Architect Position

Our company is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Technical Architect to contribute to our team's success. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and implementation, with at least 6 years of overall IT experience.

• Provide technical guidance on ServiceNow projects, including ongoing O&M initiatives and enterprise business transformation planning and implementation.
• Work closely with project teams to understand client needs and translate them into specific technical requirements.
• Develop a ServiceNow solution that meets client requirements and collaborate with team members to implement these requirements.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to influence and consult on key technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development efforts and support multiple engagements simultaneously.
• Attend senior management-level meetings to gather business requirements and offer solutions.
• Lead technical discussions around ServiceNow solution design and architecture.
• Collaborate with teams and clients to develop and maintain a technical roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of overall IT experience.
• ~2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect and/or ServiceNow Developer.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hold ServiceNow certifications, including Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD), and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
